Can I grind multiple stats using grindstones in the same rune?

Can I grind one stat after It been grinded? Like if I use a blue grind, and I get a purple or orange grindstone, can I grind it again?. Also which Gemstones should I sell?

I just started doing Raid recently, trying to do R5, but need more resources to awaken my mons.

grind multiple stats: yes
grind a stat multiple times: yes as long as its with-in the range of that grade of grind
