Mellia rune stats prio for toah

Hello, are there any guidelines for what substats to choose on Mellia runes for ToAH, I only found the following: "Despair-Swift/Any, (SPD-HP)/HP/HP" and that it has to be faster than Mav.

I am guessing under 20%CR and 45%Acc is also needed, and rest should go into SPD/HP/DEF?

not really even more spd as long as she moves before mav who should be at 180 cmb spd
