yea this is tough. i think feng would be the most popular pick here but he's really only good on offense so in mind he's the weakest of the 3 (odin nora feng)
i think pure siege wise i'd still take odin over nora, but nora does have some good uses outside of siege (AD, toa including hell). odin is only siege
