Summoners War is a bit different from other monster collection games. Higher rarity monsters are not always better than lower rarity monsters. There are many nat 2* and 3* monsters that are used even by end game players with everything available to them. When it comes to new players and early game, the developers intentionally made a bunch of farmable and fuseable lower rarity monsters to be the best monsters in the game for PvE content. That means that no matter what shiny rare 4* or 5* monster you manage to summon on, they won't help you progress at all. These nat 4* and nat 5* monsters are designed to be good for PvP later in the game, not PvE.
