minato is used only in rta, most important part of runing is to always consider the rest of your team. for example he has a def break so you want him to go just before your other dds or bruisers

your runes are indeed shit and were considered shit even before you quit, so you really should look at catching up and finishing all the pve you missed first

Hi jx9! Merry Christmas :) I didnt know he was only used rta! But still maybe I can try using him there.

I pretty much finished pve besides dim hole content which i just havent looked at much.

I tried to rerune him a little because Im using mostly leftover runes which is probably why its so shit... These arent MUCH better but maybe atleast now hes somewhat usable? Any tips? :)
