RTA team building to get to f3

I need help making an rta team to get f3 or maybe higher this is the box I’m working with ps this was an alt and I lived in giants for a couple months so I have a decent amount of swift sets fastest being plus 180ish with questionable stats

I have enough resources to 6 star a lot of mons

u can removed the mark units as you will never use them in rta ever

for starters atleast
