#Overwhelmed with amount of runes / building one strong unit - best setup?

Shortest answer is, if a rune has a potential to better than your current runes than u roll it until it lost its potential. Also what do u mean by pvp content lacking? it looks like u dont even have a bj5 team which is the very basic of pve. i would suggest u try to create that one asap
