Baleygr is required. Janssen should be to reduce rune requirements, but it is not technically required. Typically Colleen and Loren are left at 5★.

You should be making a second Loren for BJ5.
Q: Where to find the runes?
A: Will for Bale can be obtained early by crafting, by doing Labyrinth and farming a bit of NB12 after tricaru is made.
Fight runes do not have to be anything special, any quality between 2-6* works. You can get these through crafting, labyrinth or just rift beast drops.

your cr is really high on bale, keep in mind you'll be getting 42% CR from leader skills

indeed too many of your runes have CR on them, when you only need 58% CR for bj5 bale
thats 32% more CR then you need, which is like 5/6 rolls that could go into more attack/CD
more farming
you are also probably forcing rage while you dont/shouldnt be farming necro at your current time
blade/fatal are both acceptable sets that bale can use to met req's
