In the guide it says:
"2A Order
Belladeon -> Raoq x2 -> Vigor -> Kro -> PvP monsters
Explained: Bella is mandatory for GBAH. Raoq x2 is used for both NB10, SR10 and later rifts."
But 2x Raoq isnt used in any rift. Is this for sr5?
And for both NB and SR could icaru replace the 2nd raoq? Since i already have him

You use double raoq for NB10/SR10, yes
Give me time to release it. I spent 10 hours writing yesterday. Look at the time on the first message vs the last on that day lol
Later on one of the Raoq's is used in PvE, while the other is used in pvp.
You can try whatever you want to try. I'm just giving my suggestions on how to do things
