been grinding gbah 24/7 for the last week and i have never run out of energy, there are sooo many events right now that give a lot of energy. so is it recommended to use some crystals on packs like premium pack 1 or 2 - preferably premium pack 2 so i can target one of the water twins and use the nat 4 welcome event to get the other although i get that there is no rush because i don't really need them now and the event will always be here.

its not that difficult to burn through 3 or 4k energy a day once you start making spd teams
