This might be a stupid question but does hp and def have the same value on monsters that dont have habilities that scale with them ?
Having a rune with 10% def is as good as rune with 10%hp?

could be wrong but i think hp>def since you can get def broken

generally hp more valuable due to multiple things ignoring defense or as mentioned getting def broken
its not always true though
