Which set is the best for spectra and kro respectivly, i wanna improve my rune quality for those 2 for pve atm

The sets they have or one of the new choices?

Can you add in which areas you are using them? Most related commands have a section with the minimum stats

Kro does need 100% cr tho, a lot of his crit damage can be moved to crit rate

Mhh k, spectra for toah kro for giants/dragons/rifts

Rift has a lower priority since reloaded but ?riftstats has the stats for kro in it

#

Spectra should not have been built yet but if you want to build him anyway, just throw a crit rate slot 4 on him to reduce rune requirements
