understand that monsters in toah have a lot of hp which will compensate for the lack of attack and as you farm better runes you can add some of that attack back in
but by being +300 attack means you lack any real attack on your runes that you gave him (160 from the the slot 1 main stat so that leaves 140ish from substats, which is like 12 or 14% total)
so is that bad?

might switch to 2 hp artis to make up for the loss with the atk% slot 6
its something you have to play around with
so turns out 2 hp artis
makes total ehp around 68k
any suggestions?
