Can't use promo codes | Summoners War | Page 1

I'm away from home and can't play SW on my PC. I'm playing on my iPad and since I don't have the "enter promo code"-button I have to use the link to redeem them. But whenever I use the link it just opens SW and nothing happens. Any help?

It always says the codes are invalid. Are the Reloaded update codes expired

im on board whenever ive redeemded the reloaded codes they say redeemed but never are delivered any advice here would be excellent

the reloaded codes did not expire, but new accounts cannot collect them

i believe you had to have created your accounts a week before the codes were released or something

I reset my account a few months ago, so that shouldn't be the problem

But I've tried it multiple times and nothing appeared in my inbox
