Nat 5 Event: Whats the best pick?

I'm currently struggling between Perna and Shizuka.
I've already completed most pve contnt (need toa hell, tartarus hell and 2 dimensions dungeon stages)
I don't really focus on pvp for now, and my rune quality is pretty mediocre.

siege focus: perna/xing zhe. personally think perna will serve you best
