Ifrits from Guild Shop?

I've been buying ifrit pieces from the guild shop cuz i read it somewhere here in the guide. I wanted to ask if the wind, fire and water variants are useful or we are buying them for veromos skill up?

tesarion is useful theo aswell akhamamir is a bit further but not useless at all

wind is completely useless. fire is very useful in pvp i both siege and rta

theo is pretty good in siege too although slightly less than tesa
