What rift beast is the easiest to sss first and what is the point of doing so, i know you need to for end game content but i dont know why

Generally speaking in my opinion water is one of the easiest to sss and one of the best to sss consistently. The dungeon can give you blue essence which is used to craft determination runes which helps with tricaru builds
