Ling Ling runes for sf10

Hey, I am trying to make sf10 team work because atm it's not consistent. So in command for sf10 it says that double will should be used but when I read beginner playthrough it says that double will is not needed. Also do I run spd/cdmg/hp or spd/cdmg/atk. I dont want to lose too much dmg because I also use her for rift.

the tankier lingling is the safer it becomes
the more dmg the faster the times are

forgot to remove the 2x will from command awhile ago

so spd/hp/hp, spd/CD/hp, spd/CD/att, in terms of tankyness to most dmg
