Those "newer teams" that you see on reddit/youtube etc dont show any rune requirements, most of the times the average beginner wont have the rune quality to build these teams

If we're thinking about the same teams (no shannon/ kro + naomi/ no vero/ early lushen) you dont have the rune quality for these teams

Naomi is not worth building or 2A'ing due to Kro and Sigmarus serving more versatile and fulfilling roles, already being made for PvE progression, and don't need to be replaced for GB10-12 or other PvE content. She also cannot be used as effectively in r5/Rift Beasts due to her passive not working efficiently (Oblivion in r5; no CR increase in non-Groggy).
