Once we finish PVE, is it worth to attempt toa hell for 20-stars (for the legendary scroll)? How much time effort are the stages? Based on all the guides/videos I've seen, it requires building a few monsters or dupes, and appears most levels may have to be on manual. Thoughts?

yes it has to be manualed, no you will never be auto'ing toaHell
your better off focusing on building for siege after one is finished with pve, as its a better crystal income

Im at a stage where I can farm low-end G1 siege, and just reached C1 arena. Wondering at this point, if ToA Hell would be the next best investment?
