Recently I had a charge come up for Summoners War which I did not make. Instantly I changed passwords and secured my account via Apple and also was issued a refund (via Apple). The item charged was called "Pack 10" and I did not receive anything in my in-game inbox. A day later COM2US has restricted my account and wants me to pay for the purchase which I refunded. I have emailed COM2US and they said that my account was restricted for abusing the refund system. The only way I may access my account is if I do a repayment of the item I refunded. I'm not sure what to do, I'm not paying for a purchase I didn't make (nor receive). Any suggestions? Has anyone else been in this situation. The pack cost is $14.99. I know its not much but I don't want to give out free money for something I didn't do.

Not asking for any of you to magically unban my account. I'm trying to see what experiences people have of this and their actions.

If you charge back a payment, you're going to get banned. That is standard and normal.

If you didn't get what you paid for, that would be something to bring up with com2us customer support.
