Hmmm from my understanding

That def is big food, galleon here is as useful as a slime (cant def break tractor and windy),
Kaki barely tickles without def break

So i assume the person was just saving lulu to use her on a harder def

Because you wouldnt use talc vs CVT

Which makes sense, lulu is used everywhere

So against defs like this you gotta save a important unit like lulu

Although, i would say the same for TWL as a whole

Talc is pretty decent, isn't he? Seen him used as a Dominic counter here and there

talc is used as a tank against multihits. the 20% threshold is applied per hit, not per attack

so its easy to trigger it vs multihits

and yes dom is the best example right now in the meta where you would use talc to tank it

but it doesn't really matter because tractor and windy are op and tiana is bad on def

note that while talc does have a heal he's still mostly used as a tank. his heal isn't very strong, and he has no cleanse. lulu is a much better support/sustain in that regard
