Let's archive some offense options vs Carcano Vigor Triana here, seeing as it is a very common defense in G1 siege!

This is what TWL (Tractor Windy Lulu) was made for. On a similar line you can also use Malite Lulu Vigor. Outside of that, Kaki (or other oni) bruiser teams are decent. Basically just Kaki + attack buff + support. Mix and match Fran or Galleon with Triana, Delphoi, or Chloe.

Cleaving with lushen or Gal Bernard Julie is an option too, although you would need to be confident in your rune quality there.
