no it is 100% a matter of not rolling runes that can still be potential upgrades for you

but now you know, just pay attention as you farm and lower your standards.

yea that is also the most common issue in the game next to throwing away potential rune upgrades

Get dual guard+will if you can't get it on rage+blade. that will improve your damage. Also don't forget , that for copper ATK is NOT completely worthless (for Buldozer - it is).
