you can repair all equipment and refill all mags in the stash as well as autobuy when you use the preset menu

You dont need to use the preset menu... there are buttons for both repair all and refill all already

There's the button above your Equipment Weight for repair all. There's the looping arrow button above your primary weapon for refill all
