Having a small boost of coldblooded on phantom would help make this a choice of stealth sleeve without encroaching on Shadow or Outlaws passives.

As far as I can tell, the sleeves are in a barebone state at the moment. They will have special abilities, and hopefully different base stats apart from their flavours on top of that.
