Well basically we need an achievement system(in the future while this is not a priority right now and it takes time to make but would be fun to have ASAP) because the quests get repetitive and needs more to be motivated to grind the game without getting bored.. achievement system could have different tiers for example:

Combat and kill based
Get 3 enemies kill with a single grenade
use shadow sleeve to get 10 kills undetected etc
fight high tier anomaly solo
use hunter sleeve to eliminate different type of creatures.

Extraction and survival
Survive 10 times in a row without dying
Extract with maximum weight carried
extract as the last man stannding in your squad
risk it all and leave the raid 30 seconds before it collapses

Exploration and anomaly interaction
discover all major type of anomaly zones
trigger 10 different anomalies on yourself and survive

Items and resource based
Collect active matter i see a lot people skip on collecting it for currency so would be nice to have achievement for that
extract with 3 rare items in single run or something like that
earn credits 1mil 2 mil 3 mil depends on the tier of achievement
assemble a set of items to turn in

Skill and challenge
hip fire 3 people in a match
extract with finishing at least 2 major quests in a match without killing anyone
kill 10 enemies in a row with headshots
extract without getting hit
