Specifically finding ourselves unable to capture regions and hour or two into the game, despite all the cities within the region being occupied by our forces

You can absolutely accidentally strike assets hosted by a permanent ally, and it does permanently break the permanent alliance you start with 😅

Medusa Fever spreads like crazy when delivered by ICBM (idk if the artillery or gravity bombs spread the same)
