Game too often just kicks me from the match during startup time

It happens too much
Like in 70% of battles it just stucks at random number on the clock with ping displaying 250, and after 20 seconds it kicks me from the match. I can try re-joining after closing the game, but it's always just kicks me again.
Worth saying that I'm using vрn, because without it game just closes connection to the server after 2 minutes after booting the game (I live in russia)
