Mortar Halftracks

Let mortar trucks and Halftracks set MS. Would be fun to place Ms and then cover the assault with smoke and artillery. Getting resupplied by the Ms while mortaring away

And SPAT

[foggy halo]

Or at least be able to build ammo boxes and supply other units if needed

I like this idea. We'll see about allowing extra units to deploy a mobile spawn.
