Self explanatory. I rather have WW20 downloaded on steam because I have had constant problems in the past where the launcher was stuck in an infinite loop of updating and applying patches.

Add a login screen for accounts to the Steam version of WW20 instead of being forced to create a new account.

They both have different verification measures, as for the loop of updating and patches, most of the time the best way to avoid that is to uninstall and reinstall from the website, @still path can correct me if im wrong here, but I believe you can go from steam to organic, but its one way and probably a very tedious process

Side issue but related, I play on Linux, and when a new version comes out I have to manually reinstall from scratch. I'd also love to just use the Steam version for my original 2005 account as I can then stop using Wine (which is a pain).
