Do you mean the mg32 shooting at the wall infront of you? Because if that is what you're wondering, the shooter is outside in an elevated angle that could see inside the exit of the top floor. I don't see no bug nor any foul play.

i was check with one guy i shoot same spot and my bullet dont go like them but nevermind if u say its legit i belive in experience player

No, i'm not an admin. But what I'm seeing from the clip doesn't seem anything out of the ordinary and I've got enough years in the game to have some idea. If you think there was foul play, you can always use the command .report in-game
and also, if you encounter bugs that you think are worth reporting, there's also .bug command for that
