Telecommunications [Making the role less useless]

Telecommunications really has only one function and it is to tell if devices are being used. Not really useful for crewmates as you know the cameras are on. Anti-Adminder makes more sense as that's an impostor role and does the same thing but I feel it is more beneficial to impostors to know that information on the fly rather than crew. So, here's a few options I had for Telecommunications

Either

1 - Telecommunications would have the ability to be notified if the sabotage panel is pulled up

2 - Be a slightly worse Mechanic by only being able to insta-fix comms solo but it can auto fix the dial comms as well [I think the task version on Fungle is a separate thing so only applying to the sabotage version is possible?]

3 - Durning Comms if Camo Comms are on, they are able to see anyone regardless of which setting of camo comms are on. But it reverts being useless with those who don't have camo comms on.

2. worse version of Mechanic
3. I feel like that would be something Lookout should get

Yeah

1 - Thats why i gave 3 options

2 - I said that it was a worse version of mechanic

3 - While True, I think Telecommunications would get it because it deals with Comms and Telecommunications needs a buff tbh
