Note: Your ability to Sabotage will be removed if you get Cleansed by Cleanser, but if Merchant sells you Mischievous Add-on, you will get the ability to Sabotage since Role Basis Changer is now possible.

i think its just Neutrals only. i can't even picture it being assigned to Crewmates bc they will just Sabotage to let killers win lol

Although, this may likely be the first Neutral-only add-on
Neutral Killers, and I suppose Cultist (they can't kill but they act like a Neutral Killer even though they're not a killer) and Neutral Apocalypse too. Impostors can't get this since they can already sabotage. Potion Master can't get this since they have a sabotage potion
Jackal, Bandit, and Traitor are dependant on the settings. When Can Sabotage is off, they get the add-on, but if it's on, they can't get the add-on
