Maybe if the line in Language was modified?
Like if it used to say LawyerChangeRole: and got changed to LawyerRoleChange:, it wouldnt update in the English files so it would see the line as nonsense. Does that make sense?

It's off by default, and while we were transferring roles to RoleBase, some settings could be reset to default
