It might be MEU? But not sure, anyways this is not a tohe related problem. We do not host modded servers, you would have to contact MEU/MAS/MNA support.

yes, on MEU you will ahve this issue, that issue isnt present on MNA

keep i nmind, modded servers dont have active public players searching for games, so you will only get players based on where u advertise your lobby

this issue should be fixed now on MEU and MAS. MNA is a bit behind on configuration changes, so it didn't have this change. Sorry about this, but I was unable to test TOHE prior to rolling out this change
