Towards the end of the match, every time Instigator came near me I was told they attacked me. On the second to last round, the shield showed 10 times in rapid succession to both of us saying we were both attacked (Witch was dead, no other roles alive could kill).

uhh yes, Neutral witch is simply not needed. we already have a neutral copy of puppeteer (shroud).
Spellcaster was originally named Witch in the mod but since loonie liked to rename roles he changed it. Since, Neutral Witch is no longer in the game Spellcaster can have the name back

Just personally find shroud extremely annoying since after the meeting another meeting will be immediately called once someone reports the body.
