Engineer: Add cooldown

For Engineers, it would be great if you could add a time limit for how long you can stay in the vent for and a cooldown for how many times you can go in it every few seconds, like the vanilla version.

I like the small features Town Of Host: Enhance has: Stopping the start button if needed, stopping the game sooner just in case a player is missing and so on.

Scientist is perfect, because you can adjust the duration and the cooldown of it. Shapeshifter is perfect too, so it should be the same for Engineer.
I know there's Guardian Angel, but not that many people like it and it's rarely on, so we don't need to worry about that.

It's just a feature to add. It is possible to remove the duration and cooldown if you don't want that in there.

But if it is there, we're glad that there's an option for it.

It can be an option, so you don't need the duration and cooldown to be there if you don't want it there.

You don't even need Engineer on if you don't want it. Haha!!!

Pretty sure you can just turn on the vanilla Engineer role under crewmate roles and that will use the vanilla engineer's max in-vent duration

What I mean is I'm aware I can just go back to Vanilla Among Us and do that there, but the features Town Of Host Enhance has is amazing. It would be great if I could use them and still have the durations and cooldown for Engineer because the people I play with prefer the duration and cooldown to stay.

I can just go to normal Town Of Host though, @visual cedar is right.

Theres a Crew role called Mechanic(?, that might be the addon version, its dark blue) that can fix sabotages faster (lights with one flick, both reacs/02s...) and vent. I think it has an optimizable vent cooldown. You can use that in place of an Engi and just get rid of its ability uses.
