Mare can kill without lights, but kill cooldown will be increased (For example, I have it set to 20s kcd normally and 5s in lights). This is already the case in PL and TOHE+ and it would give viability to the addon, which was formerly a role. Since I believe in having it so people who like the current role able to still play with what they like, this should just be a setting altogether.
