Neutral Witch wins with everyone EXCEPT Crewmates and therefore shouldn't be considered a Benign. It is Evil and should be in the Neutral Evil category.

I know it has no effect on actual gameplay, but it can be confusing to say that Witch is a NB that can only win if Crew is dead.
