Get to choose who to be.
During the first meeting use command /give [number] [number]
The first number will give an addon and the second one will give new role based on the list.
Gifted can only pick whatever role on their team, if they spawn as crewmate then the list will contain only crew roles, same for neutrals and imps.
Gifted does not spawn with any addon.
Example: If spawned as a crewmate the list will be

- Veteran
- Mayor
- ....
