Spy can use their kill button to Bug another. When Spy can use a device, they will get an arrow leading to their target. Spy will be notified if their target is in the shapeshifted, dead, or venting state. They will also know if their target kills, but only if they kill while they are being watched.

then... they will be auto ejected and the arrow goes away when they move?

Or the arrow would show when they use a device, that'd be more simple

why? there's no cooldown to venting, you just vent to see the arrow
