Make tracker be able to track a room venting in that room, once a room is tracked, tracker will be notified if someone kills in that room during the round. tracked rooms will disappear after a meeting.
options:
Room track cooldown: 2.5-250
Max amount of room tracks per round: 1-100
If tracker tries to track an open area (like outside polus) the closest room will be tracked instead.
