Retributionist can just misguess and get revenge. We need this setting. May attempt to code this myself after the source code is uploaded.

This would be an unfair opportunity bc they could use this until they ARE current that there's One Last Killer left
They're so much more opportunitys for them to win that way

Currently, Retributionist can purposefully misguess and kill whoever they want. With this setting off, they'd have to actually be killed. Making it more fair.
