Remove the Mortician role, make Mortician's ability a toggle-able option for Detective & Medium

The ability is useful only when there's a Pelican/Scavenger presented in the game, otherwise the ability has no better uses than Seer
I suggest to remove this as a role and give its ability to Detective & Medium, as both of this roles are only useful when they can track down bodies to report them

I think I'd prefer if all of them got arrows instead of removing Mortician as a role. Mortician's ability to know the last person who had contact with the victim has been pretty useful in my games

In my opinion, knowing the direction of all dead bodies is strong on its own

Yeah detective is already stronge but if you add this it will just be straight up too op

I'd say giving Detective and Medium the option to see the arrows while keeping Mortician as a role is best

Not that op, detective is almost never being able to use their ability because they cant easily find bodies

I think Solar underestimates Mortician's power. It's pretty OP on its own
