A whitelist in the TOHE DATA that allows you to input the friend codes of certain players to let them bypass the level cut-off or other requirements set by the Host. This is needed because I generally play with a 30-50 level cut-off but some people that I want to join are below that level, so I have to lower the level cut-off to let them in. A whitelist would avoid this.
