Hello! This would be more appropriate to do with an image editor, like Photoshop. I'm not sure that Express would offer the flexibility in editing that you'll need to complete this work.

Just to add a bit more to what @quasi folio mentioned.
You could also consider using Adobe Illustrator especially for logos.
