#Adobe Express slow
11 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I get “404” errors on both my iPhone and my iPad constantly.
I am not super aware of Iphone models and their versions, but have a look here

and see if the changes affect your model
Hello, everyone! We are making some updates to Adobe Express. As part of this, older versions of Adobe Express, Spark Page, and Spark Video will no longer be supported, and the minimum system requirements for mobile devices are changing. What you need to know! If you're using an older version...
If the bugs persists, you will probably need to file a bug report, and you can do this directly in the app
Go to the beaker icon at the top of the interface
and go to "share feedback"
Thank you so much
Hi Folks @solemn light , and @mild panther - I have some good news to share. Our team has taken note of the performance issue and is starting an active investigation. I need a few details from your side and would appreciate it if you could share here or in DM.
- Device: Joe - iPhone SE 2|| Ryan - Can you confirm which iPhone and iPad version for you?
- OS Version
- Location: US, or any other country
- On what connection is the lag evident: Wifi or Mobile data or both?
- Screenshot of the Network speed - Simply google "speed test" and share if the screenshot is for Wifi or Mobile Data
Thanks for following up.
Devices: Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max; iPad Pro 12.9 (5th gen)
IOS 16.4; iPad 18.4
US
Always wi-fi
I’ll have to do network speed screenshots in a bit
My pleasure @solemn light! Could you also specify
- Is this slowness/lag prominent for some features more than others?
- For how long have you been facing this
I'll look forward to the screenshot of the network speed.
I get the 404 often times when I’m trying to open one of my existing files and when I try to download the asset to my device locally. I’ve been experiencing this issue for several weeks now… probably 6+ weeks at a minimum.
