Does it happen with all the images you want to upload?
Is on Mobile or Desktop?
If one of the other, try the other one, just to see if it's something to do with your account or something to do with a glitch of the app
You can try all of there: On desktop, you can try either the prograssive app (available either on the Windows store of the Apple App store) or on a simple browser: Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Edge.
You can try on a different browser and see if it still glitcehs, it will give you an indication. Another thing you can do is clear the browser cache
then if it still not working,** logout of the app, then log in again**.
If you trying on a mobile device, you can long off and back in again, and check if an update is available. On last resort you can delete the appa nd download it again.
The above steps generally solve 99% of problems.
If it still glitches, then try to explain more in depth what is happening, preferably with screenshots and a step by step of what you've tried to do, as it will help with identifying what goes wrong.

Then If still need help, we will need more info about the steps you take and as I said earler, share screenshots etc. For the moment since I don't get the glitches you describe, it will be difficult to help without a minimum of information.
The list of the devices you tested? The browsers?

No matter what picture I try to upload to work on this is the screen that keeps popping up. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, logged out and logged back on, turned off my phone and turned it back on, and yes I have done all the steps you requested.
Did you try on a browser instead of the phone? What phone is it? Apple or Android?
It’s iPhone and at the moment I don’t currently have any access to my laptop
In that case, you didn't try all the things I shared previously 😉 it would have helped to know this from the get-go

There is an issue with the latest iOS update, it's explained in the link, and the corresponding Adobe Community post explains the workaround
I cannot test it as I don't have an Iphone, but it should work as intended once you do what they tell you
I’m have been having the same issue since yesterday. Mine is while trying to use the actual A.E. App.
Oh man, it happens to me also, I’m in the iPhone app, I can’t upload a photo from my camera roll, it seems to be reloading the app every time I try to load an image in a new frame… please fix that!

If you still having problems, please add to the community forum post, that's where you'll get in contact with Adobe devs.
I have done this and even reached out and still continue having this problem
You will likely have an answer there and they will ask for further info... I will try to see if someone can have a look at this thread in the meantime.
Did you uninstall the beta version as mentionned here?
