There are reputable courses out there but be prepared to put the work in. A traditional degree in graphic design is somewhere between 2 or 3 years, most of which is not dedicated to learn a software (that's what you do in your free time)
One that is good is the one from CalArts (via coursera)
That's a 5 courses series, and can be done within 2/3 months if you're working hard on it
